Iris Panagiota Efthymiou

Biography:

Dr Iris is a behavioural economist, FHEA-accredited Senior Lecturer, and public intellectual with a PhD in Behavioural Health Economics (Magna cum Laude) and an MSc in Health Economics and Management (First Class). She has held senior teaching and research positions at the University of Greenwich, University of East London, Brunel University, University of Roehampton, Frederick University Cyprus, Regent College London (University of Greater Manchester), and the Institute for Study Abroad (IFSA) London. She is also an Academic Board Member of LabHEM at the University of Piraeus. The author of 22 books and over 80 peer-reviewed articles published through Springer and IGI Global, and Chief Editor of the Journal of Politics and Ethics in New Technologies and AI. An Advisory Council Member of the Harvard Business Review, Member of BIC, the UK All-Party Parliamentary Group on Artificial Intelligence, and keynote speaker at over 400 global forums including the United Nations, influencing health policy across more than 30 countries
