Biography:
Dr. Aparna Thomas is a resident doctor at Nottingham University Hospitals with a strong interest in cardiology. She completed this audit during her placement in the cardiology department and is currently an Associate PI in anaesthetic research. She has been recognised for her teaching by the undergraduate medical education team. Aparna recently presented a poster on imaging in infective endocarditis at the BCS 2025 conference. Passionate about quality improvement and early in her career, she is eager to continue developing her skills and pursue further training in cardiology.
