Title : Acupuncture combined with vesiculating cutting therapy and combined with vesiculating cutting therapy
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the new technique of "acupuncture cupping blistering therapy" in treating 88 cases of angina pectoris. Methods: 88 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into an acupuncture cupping blistering therapy group (n=46) and a traditional acupuncture cupping group (n=42). Symptom relief, tachycardia, chest tightness, pain, and functional recovery were observed in both groups. Results: The total effective rate in the acupuncture cupping blistering therapy group was 100%, with an excellent rate of 89.1%; while the total effective rate in the traditional acupuncture cupping therapy group was 88.1%, with an excellent rate of 42.9%. The difference in excellent rate was highly significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture cupping blistering therapy has significant clinical efficacy, and its therapeutic effect is superior to that of traditional acupuncture cupping therapy.
