Biography:
Sarsenbaeva Gulzhan- Doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon.
Author of over 100 scientific publications, developer of a comorbidity scale in pediatric cardiac surgery. She completed her postgraduate and doctoral studies at the A.N. Bakulev Scientific Center for Cardiovascular Surgery in Moscow. She defended her dissertation on comorbidity in pediatric cardiac surgery patients. She currently works as a cardiac surgeon at the Surgery Center in Kazakhstan and teaches in the Department of Cardiac Surgery at the university.
