Biography:
Esha is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Pharmacy Practice at the Department of Pharmacy Practice, Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bengaluru. She holds a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree in Pharmacy Practice and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from the same university. Her research interests include clinical pharmacology, pharmacovigilance, and patient safety. Her ongoing doctoral work focuses on evaluating predictors of complications in patients undergoing cardiac surgery, with the aim of improving postoperative outcomes through clinical pharmacy interventions. Esha is passionate about evidence-based clinical research and promoting the role of clinical pharmacists in multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and enhance patient outcomes.
